Lost something while on board your aircraft?

We’re very sorry to hear that, you need to contact your airlines ground handling agent to help you with this. Simply find whom you flew with on the list and you will find the relevant ground handler contact information for lost property.

Can I fly my drone over or around LLA?

The simple answer is no.  You must keep well away from aircraft, airports and airfields.

The CAA has created a code of practise for drone owners which can be seen at www.dronesafe.uk  so you can enjoy your drone safely and responsibly.

Will my medicine be ok in the temperature of the aircraft hold?

The hold areas of an aircraft have different temperatures, so you should speak to your airline to ensure your medication can be stored correctly for you.
