What are the different layout options do you offer?
Choose from a range of room layouts to suit your needs. Styles include Standard, Boardroom, Classroom, Theatre/Lecture or U-shape. If you require something different to our standard room styling options, just let us know.
What are the opening times of the Excellence Academy?
The Excellence Academy is open Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), rooms are available for use from 9 am - 5 pm however you are welcome to arrive at 8:30 am if you wish to begin setting up your room.
Where is the excellence academy located?
The Excellence Academy is located on the ground floor of Percival House, just a 10-minute walk from the terminal, 2 miles from the M1, and a short bus ride from Luton Airport Parkway train station.
Address: Percival House, 134 Percival Way, London Luton Airport Roundabout, Luton.
Do you include catering services when booking a room?
Yes, we offer buffet packages for all events. However, if you prefer not to opt for catering, you are welcome to bring your own lunch, as our kitchen facilities are available for your use.
What is the maximum number of people you can host?
We can host any group size up to 90 people.
